I have attended an information session for EN training at my local TAFE provider. There are so many areas where ENs are an important part of the health team. I have experience in the Haemodialysis, Maternity, Emergency, Children's, and Aged Care Wards at my local hospital. EN's are taking increasingly important roles in each of these areas and more. I believe it may be easier to apply for a role in city rather than rural hospitals, due to more roles being created in Metro areas to meet needs
